Job Responsibilities
* Prepare Koththu, Fried Rice, Noodles, and other fast-food dishes.
* Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
* Follow food safety procedures and company standards.
* Work efficiently during busy service hours.
* Cooperate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Koththu & Fried Rice Chef is preferred.
* Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Positive attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
* Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
