Position: Kitchen Steward
Work Location: Grand Chancellor Kitchens – Colombo 6
Key Responsibilities
• Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
• Assist chefs with basic preparation and kitchen support tasks
• Handle waste disposal and maintain proper sanitation practices
• Ensure proper storage and organisation of kitchen tools and supplies
• Support overall smooth functioning of kitchen operations
Requirements & Qualifications
• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is an advantage
• Physically fit and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork skills and positive attitude
• Ability to follow hygiene and safety standards
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
