Kitchen Helper

The Seascape Hotel in the beautiful coastal city of Matara is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Kitchen Helper.

🌟 Role Description

You will be an essential part of our kitchen operation, supporting the chef and ensuring a smooth, clean, and efficient workspace.

📋 Key Responsibilities

+ Assisting with basic food preparation (e.g., washing, peeling, chopping vegetables).

+ Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and utensils.

+ Washing dishes, pots, and pans.

+ Managing stock and supplies, and organizing storage areas.

+ Maintaining strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.

✅ What We're Looking For

+ Previous experience working in a hotel or restaurant kitchen would be preferable.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

+ Must be reliable and a good team player.

+ Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
