Primary Responsibilities
Goods Receiving
• Unloading, checking, and stacking goods received from suppliers in storage racks.
• Ensuring accurate verification and recording of received goods.
Goods Dispatching
• Assorting, checking, loading, and unloading goods for distribution to outlets.
• Maintaining proper documentation for outgoing goods.
Inventory Maintenance
• Regularly cleaning and organizing the kitchen stores.
• Arranging inventory systematically for easy access.
• Conducting regular stock counts for verification purposes.
Food Processing
• Preparing batter using an industrial beating machine.
• Utilizing machines for efficient vegetable cutting.
• Handling meat (Chicken, Beef, Prawns) preparation, including cutting, cooking, and packing using a vacuum sealer machine.
• Cleaning the kitchen thoroughly after food processing to ensure hygiene.
Working Hours
• 7 AM to 6 PM (8 Hours Standard + 3 Hours OT)
• Weekly one day off
• Availability required on Sundays and Holidays

Qualifications and Skills
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Fluent in Sinhala and Tamil, with basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Ability to lift and move goods; physical strength is essential.
• Strong teamworking skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
