Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and Sanitation: Washing dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans, cleaning grills, ovens, and food preparation areas, sweeping/mopping floors, and removing garbage.
Food Preparation Assistance: Peeling, washing, cutting, and slicing ingredients, preparing basic items, and assembling salads or appetizers.
Stock Maintenance: Receiving deliveries, organizing pantries, fridges, and freezers, and restocking workstations.
Safety Compliance: Following food hygiene regulations, handling hazardous materials, and maintaining a tidy, safe workspace.

Requirements and Qualifications
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in high-temperature environments, and lift heavy items (often 35–45 lbs).
Skills: Basic knowledge of food safety, cleaning procedures, and kitchen equipment operation.
Attributes: Reliability, punctuality, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but many positions offer on-the-job training.
