Responsibilities:
* Assist chefs in preparing Arabic dishes such as shawarma, kebabs,
grills, and rice dishes by cutting, marinating, and portioning
ingredients
* Support chefs during busy service hours by organizing ingredients
- and ensuring smooth workflow
* Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, storage areas, and food
preparation stations at all times
* Monitor food preparation to ensure consistency, quality, and
presentation
* Support teamwork by assisting other kitchen staff when needed
* Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements:
*Previous kitchen experience is an advantage
*Interest in Arabic cuisine
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Team player with a positive attitude
* Good teamwork and communication skills
