Junior Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Mulleriyawa Factory
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (6 days a week)
Basic Salary: LKR 40,000 + Fuel Allowance + Mobile Allowance
Total Earnings: Easily make over LKR 120,000 per month with performance bonuses!
We Are Looking For:
Gender: Male
Personality: Very energetic, highly talkative, and high-energy individuals only!
Skills: Must be outgoing, a true "people's person" who enjoys talking to and convincing people.
Traits: Self-leader, tech-savvy, and great at closing deals.
Requirements: Basic computer knowledge and any Degree (basic requirement).
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Content: Smart usage of AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) for efficiency and creating marketing posters.
Social Media: Posting marketing materials on Facebook and other social media networks to generate active leads.
Video Production: Cooperate with the marketing team to act and talk in videos and shorts (Mandatory requirement).
Inbound Sales: Answer all incoming warm lead calls and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Sales Pipeline: Follow up with potential customers diligently until the sale is closed.
Field Work: Conduct outdoor prospecting and field work to find new customers.
Cold Calling: Make direct cold calls to actively bring in new sales leads.
