Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Agriculture, Management, or a related field
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in English
Basic knowledge of production processes
Proficient in MS Office
Age below 35 years

Assist in planning and monitoring daily production
Ensure production targets are met with quality standards
Coordinate with production staff and other departments
Prepare daily production reports and maintain accurate records
Identify and report any production issues to management
