We are seeking a dynamic professional to join the amanté HR team as Junior Executive – Facilities & Administration. The role focuses on ensuring efficient administrative operations, effective facilities management, and seamless coordination of workplace services to support business operations and maintain a productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will gain exposure to administration, facilities management, and HR operations while supporting workplace efficiency and employee engagement initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily administration and office operations to ensure an efficient and well-organized workplace
- Manage documentation, records, correspondence, filing systems, and administrative support activities
- Coordinate meetings, visitor management, internal communications, and employee engagement activities
- Oversee office facilities including maintenance, housekeeping, safety, utilities, and workplace upkeep
- Manage vendors and service providers to ensure quality and continuity of office services
- Work closely with the HR team to support employee engagement initiatives, HR administration, and workplace services.
- Maintain administrative records, contracts, invoices, reports, and operational documentation
- Process administrative payments, approvals, and related documentation in a timely manner
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth execution of operational requirements
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance workplace efficiency and service standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in administration, facilities management, or any support roles
- Experience coordinating with multiple departments, vendors, and stakeholders
- Language proficiency in both English and Sinhala
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
