💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Preferably qualified in CA Sri Lanka or fully qualified in ACCA/CIMA
Preferred with 1 - 3 years of experience in the relevant field
Hands-on experience in an ERP / POS system will be an added advantage
Sound analytical skills with a high degree of integrity
Possess good communication skills in English and literacy of IT

Age between 20 - 30 (Male or Female)

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐬 :
Analyzing and evaluating sale fluctuations on a daily basis
Overall responsibility of managing the cost of sale / GP margins of the company
Preparing monthly and weekly variance reports to monitor unaccounted variances and wastages inventory of the stores
Analyzing / Evaluating and controlling main cost components at the restaurant level
Carrying out post and pre-promotional evaluations and completing ad hoc basis feasibility reports
Assisting the strategic plan unit by preparing and evaluating weekly reports and assisting to prepare the monthly management accounts
Proactively identifying and solving strategic problems that impact the business direction
Responsible for product costings for new products and offers
Liaising with Finance/Operations/Marketing/Supply Chain and IT departments in day-to-day work and system issue coordinator for IT Support Service
Sales submission monthly
