We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hands-on hospitality professional to take responsibility for the daily operation of our small luxury boutique resort.
Oleander Resort is very different from a large hotel. We have 2 private luxury cabanas, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests in total. This means the successful candidate will have the opportunity to personally create an excellent experience for every guest.
We are looking for someone who:
✅ Speaks English fluently
✅ Has several years of hotel/resort experience in a 4- or 5-star luxury hotel or resort
✅ Experience in the Maldives or Middle East is a major advantage
✅ Has excellent standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
✅ Is friendly, professional and confident with international guests
✅ Can supervise and actively participate in housekeeping
✅ Is practical and able to solve problems independently
✅ Can oversee reservations, guest service, F&B, maintenance, garden and pool
✅ Can keep basic financial and operational records
✅ Is willing to help wherever needed in a small operation
✅ Cooking experience is a strong advantage
This is not an office-based management position. We are looking for a team-player who is happy to work alongside the team, help prepare rooms, assist guests, help with food preparation and make sure that every aspect of the resort is running perfectly.
