Key Responsibilities
Ability to install, configure, maintain, and repair all types of printers, including Laser, Inkjet, and Dot Matrix models.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printers and related peripheral devices.
Provide both on-site and remote technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Maintain excellent customer service standards while effectively handling service requests.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in photocopier repair and maintenance will be considered a distinct advantage.
Required Qualifications
NVQ Level 4 Certificate or an equivalent qualification in Information Technology.
Ability to communicate effectively in both Sinhala and English.
Valid motorcycle riding license.
Willingness to work extended hours when required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Trainee Opportunities
Candidates who possess the above qualifications but have limited industry experience will be considered for recruitment as Trainee IT Support Technicians, subject to successful completion of a probationary training period.
