Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to manage and support the hospital’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing internal systems, CCTV solutions, and modern workplace technologies such as Microsoft 365. This role requires a responsible individual who can ensure smooth IT operations and support digital transformation initiatives within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the hospital’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user systems
• Administer and support CCTV and surveillance systems
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 (M365) services including user management, email, and collaboration tools
• Maintain and support internal ERP and billing system
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Ensure data security, system backups, and disaster recovery processes
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and procurement
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes
• Provide user training and technical support to hospital staff
Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in IT support or IT administration (hospital experience is an advantage)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)
• Experience in managing CCTV systems and networking
• Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking (LAN/WAN)
• Familiarity with new and emerging technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of IT security best practices
