💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
【~】✪ 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Investment Research, Banking, and/or Corporate Finance.
【~】✪ The ability to compile a coherent and logical investment thesis on a company by gaining a detailed understanding of its business and the ability to write concise and crisp investment recommendation reports.
【~】✪ A degree in business/accounting/economics or a completed professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or CA Sri Lanka; a full/part qualification in CFA will be an added advantage.
【~】✪ A highly analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
【~】✪ Good written and spoken English communication skills.
【~】✪ The ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
【~】✪ Should be willing to work for the US calendar, and working hours would be from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday).
【~】✪ Preference will be given to candidates who have high interpersonal skills and a team player who can work well with all levels of employees.
