# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

• Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) Examinations.

• 2-3 years' of experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

•Proficiency in MS Office packages.

• Knowledge on ERP will be an added advantage.

•Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil preferable).

•Age below 35 years.

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve complaints related to orders and deliveries.

• Monitor and track orders from dispatch to delivery, ensuring timely updates to customers.

• Investigate and resolve issues with damaged goods, missed deliveries, and incorrect orders.

• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate logistics and address inventory or service issues.

• Facilitate smooth communication between customers and transport teams to ensure on-time deliveries. Manage the returns process and resolve damage claims in coordination with internal departments.

• Generate and maintain accurate reports of customer interactions.
