About the role
Inventory Handling Officer
💠Receive, inspect, and store goods properly.
💠Maintain inventory records and stock levels.
💠Ensure timely dispatch of materials.
💠Assist with in-store events and promotional displays.
💠Identify and return defective or damaged goods to suppliers.
💠Record all return transactions and maintain proper documentation during
dispatch of returned goods.
💠Prepare documentation (CR, FN, FI, GRN, SRN) and prepare notes on reducing and
💠Greet customers, provide product information, and assist with purchases and
returns.
💠Maintain accurate records when receiving goods from customers for repair, and
ensure proper documentation when dispatching the repaired goods back to the
respective customers .
💠Work at assigned Dinapala branches based on operational requirements.
✅Passed G.C.E. O/L
✅Experience in a similar position
✅Prior experience in consumer electronics is a definite advantage
✅Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
✅Willing to work long hours if required
