💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Inventory Controller (Full-Time)
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Manage and monitor the overall inventory operations of the company
Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, transferred, returned, and sold
Coordinate stock transfers between the warehouse, showrooms, and other locations
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory records with actual stock
Identify and investigate stock variances, shortages, excesses, damages, and discrepancies
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment based on business requirements
Track fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory
Ensure proper barcode, product code, and inventory documentation is maintained
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management
Coordinate with showroom managers, warehouse staff, Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams regarding inventory matters
Assist with monthly and annual stock counts and internal/external audits
Ensure all stock movements are properly authorized and documented
Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain proper internal controls
Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory files and records
Coordinate with Finance regarding inventory reconciliation and stock-related reporting
Identify potential inventory risks and recommend corrective actions to management
Ensure company inventory policies and procedures are properly followed
Handle any other inventory-related responsibilities assigned by management
