Inventory Controller

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to manage stock movement and accuracy across our showroom and warehouse operations.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, with direct involvement in stock handling, system updates, and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor stock levels across showroom and warehouse

- Handle goods receiving, stock transfers, and system updates

- Ensure accurate stock counts and conduct periodic stock audits

- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory

- Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams on stock availability

Identify fast-moving and slow-moving items

- Minimise stock losses, damages, and discrepancies

Requirements:

- Previous experience in inventory / warehouse / stock management preferred

- Good understanding of stock control and basic systems (Excel knowledge is a plus)

- Strong attention to detail and accountability

- Ability to work during retail hours and handle operational pressure
