A well-established and growing Retail Sales Company is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and result-driven Inventory Control Executive to join our team.
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in inventory control / stores management in retail trade
Sound knowledge of stock control procedures and documentation
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience with ERP / POS systems will be an added advantage
Professional qualification in Supply Chain Management / Inventory Management / Business Administration or equivalent will be an added advantage
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
| # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
Age below 40 years preferred
Dynamic, detail-oriented, and result-driven
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proactive problem solver with attention to detail
Team player with ability to work independently
High level of integrity and reliability

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimum stock availability
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations
Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions
Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
Re-ordering of stocks according to the periodic replenishment
Coordinate with purchasing, stores, and showroom teams
Prepare stock movement and inventory reports, distributed inventory management
Assist in stock audits and implement inventory control procedures

Full-time permanent position
Based at Kiribathgoda head office
8.30 A.M - 5.30 P.M working hours
