About the role
💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Intern – Online Sales & Customer Support - Singhagiri Head Office
💠 Responsibilities
•Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
•Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and other online platforms promptly.
•Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
•Assist the online sales team in converting inquiries into sales.
•Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
•Support basic digital marketing activities (social media engagement, campaign support, etc.)
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
💠 Qualifications
•Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (both spoken and written)
•Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
•Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (social media, online campaigns, etc.)
•Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
•Good interpersonal skills with a positive and energetic attitude.
•Basic computer literacy (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, social media platforms).
•Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
•School leavers or undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
