HR Masterminder is pleased to partner with Meloni Home, Maldives, in the search for a creative and passionate Interior Designer to join their growing team.

If you have a keen eye for design, excellent space-planning skills, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interiors, this is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

01.Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.

02.Prepare space plans, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.

03.Produce detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications.

04.Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and project teams throughout project execution.

05.Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and décor elements to achieve the desired design concept.

06.Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design quality.

07.Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

01.Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

02.Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design.

03.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.

04.Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and current interior design trends.

05.Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.

06.xcellent creativity, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

07.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
