Human Resources Manager
We are a fast-growingFinTechcompany in Sri Lanka building a high-performance operational team from the ground up.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-onHuman Resources Managerto lead ourHRand administrative functions and support rapid business expansion.
This is astartup-style HR role, ideal for candidates who have experience working inearly-stage companies, call centers, or fast-scaling operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment &Talent Acquisition
•Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
•Build and scale talent pipelines forcall center agents, collections staff, verification teams, and operations roles
•Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure smooth new hire integration
•Maintain structured employee records and HR documentation
2. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations
•Manage monthly attendance verification and payroll input coordination
•Identify and resolve attendance exceptions (late check-ins, field visits, leave approvals, missing records)
•Generate accurate attendance and payroll reports forHQreview
•Work closely with HQ HR/Finance teams to ensure data consistency and timely processing
3. Office & Administrative Management
•Oversee daily office operations including facilities, equipment, and vendor coordination
•Manage office leasing support, utilities, internet, and property-related payments and renewals
•Ensure smooth administrative execution of HQ policies and internal processes
4. Asset, Documentation & Compliance
•Conduct regular office asset inventory checks and maintain updated records
•Maintain employee files, HR databases, and administrative logs
•Ensure proper documentation control and internal compliance processes
•Coordinate visitor management and office reception procedures
5. Employee Relations & HR Support
•Support basic employee relations cases and internal communication
•Assist with employee lifecycle management (joining, transfers, exits)
•Support disciplinary processes and ensure HR policy adherence
•Actas a key liaison between local team and HQ management
Requirements
•Associate degree or above inHuman Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
•5–7+ years of relevant HR experience
•Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
•Startup companies / early-stage business environments
•Call centers or high-volume operational teams
•FinTech,financial services, or outsourcing companies
•Proven experience inrecruitment + HR operations + admin management
•Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
•Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
•Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and departments
•Prior experience building or scaling a team from scratch is a strong advantage
