Royal Nursing Home (Pvt) Ltd., established in 2007, is one of Sri Lanka’s pioneer and premier nursing service providers, with over 1,200 staff members. We provide home nursing services, nursing home facilities, industrial nursing services, 24-hour ambulance services, and medical equipment importation services.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our management team.
Requirements
Candidates should have:
* A Degree in HRM, Business Management, Public Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field
* Additional qualifications such as CIPM, IPM, MBA-HRM will be an advantage
* Minimum 10 years’ HR experience, including 2–3 years as HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager in an organization with over 1,000 employees
* Strong knowledge of HR administration, labour law, employee relations, recruitment, disciplinary procedures, and performance management
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Age below 55 years
* Fluency in English and Sinhala. Tamil will be an added advantage
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8.30 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.
Saturday: 8.30 a.m. – 2.00 p.m.
Salary & Benefits
Rs. 250,000 – Rs. 300,000 basic salary plus allowances, negotiable according to qualifications and experience. Permanent employment with annual salary increments.
