【~】Key Responsibilities
✪ Manage day-to-day HR operations within the Colombo office
✪ Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes
✪ Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
✪ Implement HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes
✪ Coordinate performance appraisals, attendance, and leave management
✪ Act as a liaison between management and employees to promote a positive work culture
✪ Ensure compliance with company standards, labour regulations, and ethical practices
【~】Candidate Profile :
☞ Minimum 3-4 years of experience in human resources or a related role
☞ Sound knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employee relations
☞ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
☞ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
☞ Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
