Job Responsibilities
- Assist and implement HR policies and Procedures and Practices
- Supporting statutory payment process and correspondence in administrative work
- Ensuring all documents are updated and distributed in a timely manner to ensure stable process
- Prepare and present reports, handle documentation process with ability to work in a computerized environment
- Team player with good work ethic and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong "people skills" to be able to deal with various personalities and levels within and outside of the organization
Requirements
- Competed A/L and fully/ part professional qualifications related HR would be advantageous
- Undergraduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent practice in MS office packages and English & Sinhala typing
- Outgoing personality with good command of English oral & written
- Preference given to male Candidates live nearby to Biyagama trade zone
