We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide support to augment our recruitment team. Your role will involve performing various administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating the database.

Responsibilities
• Update our internal database with new candidate information, including contact details and pre-screened information
• Screen resumes and applications received from job-boards & social media.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
• Coordinate with client SPOCs to update the database and provide management reports daily.
Requirements and skills
• Prior Experience in HR would be an asset but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with HRIS, and resume databases.
• Experience with MS Office (especially MS Excel).
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
• Should be willing to travel to meet clients.
Personal Characteristics
• You should be self-driven and not require supervision.
• You should be organized and work to strict timelines.
• An outgoing personality is required for this role.
• Fluency in English is Mandatory. Spoken Tamil and Sinhala are also required.
