HR EXECUTIVE – TALENT ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to attract, engage, and develop top talent while strengthening a positive learning and development culture within the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with job portals, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent sources.
- Identify employee training and development needs and coordinate suitable development programs.
- Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, induction, and orientation programs.
- Support the performance appraisal and employee development process.
Assist employees with career development and identify opportunities for internal growth.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare recruitment, training, and employee development reports.
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on employee engagement, growth, and retention.
- Support HR initiatives that contribute to building a strong and capable workforce.
REQUIREMENTS
- GCE A/L
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Training & Development, or a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of modern recruitment and talent development practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems will be an added advantage
- Strong passion for people development and building a learning culture
SALARY
- LKR 75,000 – LKR 100,000
