VACANCY – HR EXECUTIVE

Rohan Rubber Industries, a reputed manufacturer in the Sri Lankan rubber sector, is seeking a dynamic and skilled HR Executive to strengthen our Human Resources division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR operations, employee development, and organizational growth while ensuring full compliance with labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
> Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, including job design, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
> Maintain accurate employee records, personal files
> Oversee attendance, leave management, and support payroll processing
> Implement HR policies and compliance requirements as per labour laws and regulations
> Coordinate employee training, performance evaluation cycles, and skill development programs
> Manage employee disciplinary procedures professionally and confidentially
> Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and communication
> Prepare HR analytics, monthly reports, and management summaries
> Liaise with government institutions (EPF/ETF, Labour Office, etc.) when required
Candidate Profile:
> Degree / Diploma in HRM (CIPM or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred)
> Minimum 1 years experience in HR operations
> Thorough knowledge of labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices
> Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
> Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
> Competence in MS Office, attendance systems, and report preparation
> Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently
