Role Overview:
We are seeking an HR Executive to support HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, and staff engagement across clinical and non‑clinical departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support full‑cycle recruitment: post vacancies, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and process offers.
Manage onboarding and orientation, maintain personnel files, and assist with credentialing documentation.
Maintain and update HRIS; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist benefits administration, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
Support employee relations, conduct basic investigations, and help implement performance processes.
Prepare HR reports and metrics; assist with policy implementation and staff engagement activities.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years HR experience (healthcare experience preferred).
Familiarity with HRIS/ATS and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred:
SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification.
Experience supporting clinical staffing or credentialing.
