Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
Experience in handling recruitment and interviews
Ability to manage attendance and payroll
Strong communication skills and ability to handle staff professionally
Knowledge of HR policies and labour regulations
Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in HRM is an added advantage

Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support performance management processes
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
