Work Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Experience Required: 3 to 4 years of experience in an HR-related role
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Organize and oversee employee training and development programs.
Handle payroll processing and benefits administration.
Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in HR systems and tools (HRIS experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
