Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant Manager to support HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR compliance for clinical and non-clinical teams. You will partner with the HR Manager and hospital leadership to maintain an engaged, compliant, and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles: advertise, screen, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding.
• Administer orientation, credentialing support, and onboarding compliance for clinical staff.
• Manage employee relations cases, investigations, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution.
• Maintain HRIS and personnel records; produce regular HR metrics and reports.
• Coordinate benefits administration, leave management, payroll liaison, and policy interpretation.
• Assist with training, performance management cycles, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital HR policies.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree/Higher diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 4+ years HR experience; experience in healthcare or regulated environment preferred.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and strong MS Office skills.
• Solid knowledge of employment law, credentialing basics, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
Preferred:
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification.
• Prior experience supporting clinical staffing/credentialing processes.
