Full qualifications or reading for CQHRM at CIPM / Degree in HR Management from
a state university.
• Preferably A/L in Maths / Commerce streams
• O/L English and Maths - A or B passes.
• High level of communication skills (English/Sinhala) & Tamil will be an added
advantage.
• Energetic personality.
• Computer literacy is essential (MS Office package)
• A comprehensive practical HR training will be provided.
