📢 Vacancy – HR & Accounts / Finance Executive (Experienced Only)

We are a rapidly growing Luxury Wedding & Nilame Attire Brand in Sri Lanka, operating multiple branches and serving a premium clientele.
We are looking for a highly competent and experienced professional to handle both HR and Accounts/Finance functions independently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
HR Functions:
End-to-end recruitment (CV screening, interviews, hiring)
Employee onboarding and performance monitoring
Attendance, leave, and disciplinary management
Maintaining HR records and documentation
Accounts / Finance Functions:
Daily bookkeeping and accounting entries
Payroll preparation and salary processing
EPF / ETF calculations and submissions
Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring
Preparation of monthly financial reports (P&L, summaries)
Managing supplier payments and outstanding balances
🔹 Mandatory Requirements
(Do NOT apply if you do not meet these criteria)
Minimum 2–4 years proven experience in BOTH HR and Accounts/Finance
Hands-on experience with EPF / ETF processes
Experience in payroll handling
Proficiency in Accounting Software (QuickBooks / MYOB) & Advanced Excel
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of responsibility, discipline, and confidentiality
Age: 24 – 35 (preferred)
Candidates residing in or near Kadawatha will be given priority
🔹 Salary & Benefits:
💰 LKR 65,000 – 75,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
