Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Housekeeping Staff member to support the daily cleaning and maintenance of a motel in Colombo. The ideal candidate should be committed to maintaining cleanliness standards and assisting the supervisor in ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day cleaning of rooms and common areas
Ensure the premises are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times
Support the Housekeeping Supervisor with assigned tasks
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards
Assist in basic maintenance reporting when required
Follow instructions and complete duties in a timely manner
Requirements
Suitable for candidates in their 40s
Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage
Ability to work responsibly and independently
Good attitude, reliability, and attention to cleanliness
Willingness to stay on-site (accommodation provided)
