Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness, organisation, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces to the highest standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and restock towels and amenities.
• Handle laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness for guests.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to management promptly.
• Organise and maintain cleaning supplies and inventories.
• Provide support for guest requests and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Housekeeper in a hotel, villa, or luxury property.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
• Friendly and professional attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
