Houseboy – Airbnb Beach Houses (Mirissa Area)
We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Houseboy to support the day-to-day operations of our two Airbnb beachfront houses.
Age: 20–40 years
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with cleaning and preparing rooms for arriving guests
Helping maintain the garden and outdoor areas
Carrying luggage and assisting guests when required
Supporting the caretaker with daily property operations
Ensuring the houses and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and well maintained
Running occasional errands and assisting with general upkeep
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Honest, responsible, and punctual
Friendly and respectful when interacting with guests
Previous experience in hospitality, guesthouses, hotels, or Airbnb properties is an advantage
Basic English communication skills preferred
About the Role
The property consists of two beachfront houses managed by an experienced caretaker. This position is an assistant role, supporting the caretaker with cleaning, guest assistance, garden maintenance, and general property upkeep to ensure an excellent guest experience.
Important
Applicants must have their own accommodation and transportation arrangements.
Accommodation is not provided with this position.
