We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive House Manager to manage a private villa in Weligama. This role combines housekeeping duties with household management tasks, such as handling supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the smooth running of the home.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the villa.
• Manage laundry, ironing, and care for linens and clothing.
• Plan and assist with meal preparation or light cooking.
• Ensure the villa is well-organized and efficiently run.
• Handle household supply management, including purchasing groceries and household items.
• Coordinate with service providers (e.g., gardeners, maintenance workers) as needed.
• Manage small errands, shopping tasks, and payments for household needs.
• Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents and guests.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a housekeeper, house manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Trustworthy, respectful of privacy, and able to handle confidential matters.
• Flexibility with working hours and tasks when necessary.
• Basic English communication skills (preferred but not required).
