We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Reservation Executive for O2 Villas hotel chain to work at our Head office in Dehiwala.
In this role, you will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless booking experience. Your focus will be on maximizing room occupancy, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records of all reservations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a prompt and professional manner.
• Manage and update reservation systems with accurate information on bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
• Provide guests with details about room availability, rates, and services offered by the hotel.
• Process individual and group reservations, ensuring all relevant details are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel departments to ensure special guest requests are fulfilled.
• Maximize room occupancy by offering available options and upselling premium rooms or services.
• Handle payment details and deposit requests in accordance with hotel policies.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, ensuring a positive experience.
• Provide reports on occupancy rates, booking trends, and other key metrics to management.
• Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, promotions, and local area information to assist guests effectively.
