Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting property listings, generating leads, managing digital marketing campaigns, running paid advertisements, and supporting sales activities to increase brand awareness and property inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Promote property listings through online and offline marketing channels.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.
Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize lead generation and ROI.
Generate and follow up on sales leads from marketing campaigns.
Coordinate property viewings and client appointments.
Maintain relationships with clients, property owners, and business partners.
Create marketing materials, advertisements, videos, and promotional content.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Track marketing performance and prepare campaign reports.
Support the sales team in achieving company targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Creative mindset with basic graphic design and content creation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in marketing, sales, or real estate is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
