# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Additional certifications added advantage.
【~】✪ Proven experience in call center management, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
【~】✪ Strong leadership and people management skills.
【~】✪ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
【~】✪ Familiarity with call center technologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

【~】✪ Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
【~】✪ Establish and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures.
【~】✪ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of call center staff.
【~】✪ Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
