【~】 Age between 30 – 45 (Male / Female)
【~】 MBA or Degree in Hospitality / Business Management or relevant field (preferred)
【~】 2–5 years of experience in a relevant field (preferred)
【~】 Willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours
【~】 Ability to take quick decisions
【~】 Good communication skills in English; Tamil language is an added advantage
【~】 Sound knowledge of digital media platforms
【~】 Proficient in Microsoft Office environment

【~】 Manage and respond to guest complaints on digital media platforms
【~】 Handle all guest complaints received through the hotline
【~】 Organize and manage customer trials for product feedback
【~】 Conduct product training for new call center agents and perform regular audits
【~】 Supervise the guest relations team and make quick decisions on major complaints
【~】 Collaborate with operations to improve outlet performance
【~】 Provide customer service training to enhance front counter service across all brands
【~】 Prepare weekly reports for the CEO on location performance and other related reports
