ABOUT THE ROLE
Graphic Designer who can visualise and create graphics that are informative and captivating.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design assets: digital display advertisements, selling goods, graphics for social media, and graphics for website landing pages and microsites.
Design and create digital assets for product content, eCommerce, and the digital shelf
Conducting market research to understand market needs
Developing prototypes and mock-ups to test functionality of new ideas
Collaborating with the internal teams of front-end developers and UX designers.
Maintain and monitor the timely development of high quality, innovative, creative concepts and designs for multiple projects;
Brainstorm creative proposals for websites, advertising and social media.
SKILLS:
Handles rejection and constructive criticism
High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and other graphic design software
An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
E-Commerce product listing design knowledge.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must have a natural eye for design and colour to produce imaginative content that effectively resonates with our consumers
Team player who works well both collaboratively and autonomously.
REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIALS:
At least 1-5 years of experience in graphic design.
Diploma or degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
Self-starter with strong organisational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.
Ability to design and create various styles of art.
Must be able to receive feedback and make tweaks to graphics or projects that fit the team's needs while also communicating respectfully to find common ground.
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Knowledge in handling AI tools will be an added advantage
