【~】✪ Age between 21-35 years
【~】✪ Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
【~】✪ Degree in design from a reputed university
【~】✪ Literacy in design software, including and not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc 【~】✪ Experience in creative direction and video editing
【~】✪ Ability to thrive under pressure
【~】✪ Should be a strong team player
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Generate effective campaign ideas and concepts in tandem with creative and brand teams
【~】✪ Produce moodboards and mockups to visualize ideas
【~】✪ Executing content creation in graphic design, photography editing and video editing
【~】✪ Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audiences
【~】✪ Using innovation to redefine a design brief within timelines and budget allocations
【~】✪ Effectively presenting finalised ideas and concepts to management
【~】✪ Working with a range of media, including Adobe Creative Suite and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
【~】✪ Proof-reading to produce accurate and high-quality work
【~】✪ Art directing and providing creative guidance to photoshoots and video productions
