💼 Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Age 25–45
Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Hospitality Management
Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting & cost control
Experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance management
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
Ability to plan and execute operational strategies
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Office and reporting will be an advantage
English knowledge is mandatory
