• Monitor food inventory and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable establishment.
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan, Chinese, Western, and Italian cuisine.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Formal culinary training or equivalent practical experience.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
