Key Responsibilities
Client Handling & Communication
• Handle incoming calls and client inquiries professionally
• Welcome and assist clients visiting the office
• Maintain a professional front office environment
Administrative Support
• Assist with drafting letters and handling documentation
• Support day-to-day office administrative tasks
• Maintain proper records and file management
Operational Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Support legal and consultancy operations when required
• Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups
Customer Service
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Maintain professional communication standards at all times
Requirements
• Female candidate aged between 21 – 35 years
• Passed G.C.E Advanced Level
• Passed G.C.E Ordinary Level with credit passes in English and Mathematics preferred
• Previous experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Service, or Call Center operations will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
