# 💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Receptionist
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
【~】✪ Minimum G.C.E. A/L (or equivalent qualification) preferred
【~】✪ Age between 18 - 30 years
【~】✪ Male / Female
【~】✪ Prior experience in hospitality, front office, reception or customer service is a plus
【~】✪ Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Sinhala and/or Tamil is a strong advantage
【~】✪ Computer literate — familiar with MS Office and ideally a Property Management System (PMS)
【~】✪ Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
【~】✪ Polished, well-groomed and presentable.
【~】✪ Punctual, reliable and with a service-driven mindset
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
【~】✪ Guest check-in / check-out, welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
【~】✪ Manage reservations / bookings via phone, email and online systems (PMS)
【~】✪ Handle telephone inquiries / switchboard, forwarding calls appropriately
【~】✪ Provide guest services / concierge information, including local attractions, restaurants, and hotel policies
【~】✪ Process billing / payments (cash, card), maintain accurate invoice and cashier records
【~】✪ Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
【~】✪ Address guest complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary
【~】✪ Maintain a clean, organized and presentable front desk area at all times
【~】✪ Perform basic administrative / clerical tasks: data entry, filing, record keeping
【~】✪ Ensure safety / security, checking guest IDs, maintaining guest logs and respecting confidentiality.
