Front Desk Manager – Wake N Flow
Location: Weligama / Ahangama / Hiriketiya, Southern Sri Lanka
Salary: LKR 60,000–100,000 per month, depending on experience

Wake N Flow is looking for an experienced and responsible Front Desk Manager to join our hospitality team in Southern Sri Lanka.
This role is suitable for someone who already has strong hotel front-office experience and can confidently manage daily reservations, guest communication, payments, check-ins, check-outs and OTA bookings.
Mandatory Requirement
Candidates must already have hands-on working experience with:
eZee Absolute or eZee FrontDesk PMS
eZee Centrix or channel management
Booking.com, Hostelworld and other OTA extranets
Hotel reservations and front-office operations
Candidates without practical eZee PMS experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily front-desk operations
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
Create, modify and cancel reservations in eZee PMS
Monitor room availability, rates and inventory
Manage Booking.com, Hostelworld and direct reservations
Respond to guest inquiries through WhatsApp, phone and email
Handle cash, card and online payments
Maintain accurate guest records and payment entries
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
Resolve guest complaints professionally
Prepare shift handovers and daily reports
Monitor arrivals, departures, no-shows and outstanding balances
Train and supervise junior front-office staff
Support upselling of room upgrades, transport, rentals and experiences
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of hotel front-office experience
Strong practical knowledge of eZee PMS
Good spoken and written English
Sinhala language skills
Good computer and communication skills
Experience handling OTAs and online reservations
Honest, responsible and well-organised
Able to work independently and manage pressure
Friendly and professional with guests
Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
Working Schedule
8-hour rotating shifts
6 working days per week
1 weekly day off
Morning, evening and occasional night shifts
