Lassana Gedara Constructions (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a skilled Freelance Draftsman for construction and design projects. Candidates should be capable of handling interior designs, exterior designs, 3D visualizations, and council approval drawings professionally and accurately.
Responsibilities
Prepare interior and exterior design drawings
Create council approval drawings and documentation
Develop 2D and 3D architectural drawings
Prepare realistic 3D renderings and presentations
Modify drawings according to client requirements
Coordinate with engineers, designers, and site teams
Ensure timely project completion
Requirements
Experience in architectural drafting and design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and other related software
Knowledge of council approval procedures and standards
Ability to prepare professional interior and exterior designs
Experience in 3D modeling and rendering
Good communication and time management skills
Previous experience in residential and commercial projects will be an advantage
